Gigi’s Cupcakes Carrot Cake.
I got the Living Social deal of one dozen cupcakes for half off. The deal expires this week so we went downtown to claim our dozen. I had the carrot cupcake today. The cake was a bit dry with visible shreds of carrot. The frosting was very good. It was more buttercream than cream cheese. I do my best to minimalize how much of it I eat.
